  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into thick fries
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded white cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. For the seasoned fries: Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray.
  4. Place marinated chicken on another baking tray and bake both trays for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and fries are golden brown.
  5. For the coleslaw: In a bowl, combine shredded cabbages and carrots. In another bowl, whisk mayo, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture and toss well.
  6. Let the coleslaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
  7. Serve everything together on a platter and enjoy!
