Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Baking Soda Solution
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
Toppings
  • 1 tbsp coarse sea salt

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 minute until smooth.
Shape the Pretzel Bites
  1. Divide the dough into small pieces, about 1 inch each.
  2. Roll each piece into a small ball and set aside.
Prepare the Baking Soda Solution
  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and add baking soda. Stir until dissolved.
Coat the Pretzel Bites
  1. Dip each dough ball into the baking soda solution for about 10 seconds.
  2. Remove and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Air Fry the Pretzel Bites
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of the pretzel bites.
  3. Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
