Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 minute until smooth.
Shape the Pretzel Bites
- Divide the dough into small pieces, about 1 inch each.
- Roll each piece into a small ball and set aside.
Prepare the Baking Soda Solution
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and add baking soda. Stir until dissolved.
Coat the Pretzel Bites
- Dip each dough ball into the baking soda solution for about 10 seconds.
- Remove and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Air Fry the Pretzel Bites
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of the pretzel bites.
- Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
