Method
- Preheat your oven to 400° F and grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the greased baking dish, using about 3/4 cup of sauce.
- Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
- Top this layer with half of the remaining pasta sauce and half of your shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat this process starting with what's left of the ravioli, then layering on the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese before sprinkling parmesan on top if desired.
- Cover your baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes; then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
