3 Ingredient Baked Ravioli (A.K.A. Lazy Lasagna)

A comforting meal that satisfies everyone with just three simple ingredients, combining the flavors of traditional lasagna without the fuss.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli 24oz
  • 1 jar pasta sauce 24oz, any flavor
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella The more, the merrier!
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan Optional but adds extra flavor.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400° F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Spread about 3/4 cup of pasta sauce onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce, followed by half of the remaining sauce and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ravioli, topping with leftover sauce and cheese. Sprinkle parmesan on top if desired.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving alongside veggies, salad, or garlic bread.
