Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 2 medium ripe avocados diced
  • 1 large ripe mango diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, mango, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Gently toss the ingredients together to avoid mashing the avocados.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately in a serving dish.

Notes
