Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice each sub roll open without cutting all the way through to create a pocket for the fillings.
Layer turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, and chicken ham inside each prepared roll.
Top each sandwich with provolone cheese, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce.
Drizzle olive oil over the sandwiches and sprinkle with dried oregano. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and slice into portions. Serve warm.
