Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce until evenly coated.
  5. In a bowl, combine half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses; fold into the pasta mixture, reserving the rest for topping.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
