Prepare the Chicken and Broth
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 10 minutes until no longer pink.
Add Vegetables
- Stir in the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Cook the Noodles
- Add the egg noodles, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to the pot. Cook for another 10 minutes until noodles are tender.
Serve
- Ladle the soup into bowls and serve hot.
