Method
 

  1. Prepare the beef by cutting it into chunks and seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat grapeseed oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the dried chilies and spices, then stir in the beef and beef stock.
  4. Simmer the mixture for several hours until the beef is tender.
  5. Shred the beef and serve it in corn tortillas with toppings of your choice.
