- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add cream cheese and combine until just mixed.
- Shape dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and crumbled feta in a bowl; toss gently.
- On a floured surface, roll the chilled dough into a roughly 12-inch circle.
- Place berry mixture in the center of the dough, folding edges inward to encase filling while leaving some exposed.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with honey before serving.
