Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter cold, cubed
  • 2 oz cream cheese cold
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add cream cheese and combine until just mixed.
  2. Shape dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Combine blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and crumbled feta in a bowl; toss gently.
  4. On a floured surface, roll the chilled dough into a roughly 12-inch circle.
  5. Place berry mixture in the center of the dough, folding edges inward to encase filling while leaving some exposed.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with honey before serving.
