Baking Process
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four 4-inch squares.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square and top with blueberries.
- Fold two opposite corners of each square towards the center to seal.
- Brush the tops with whisked egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
