  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

Baking Process
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four 4-inch squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square and top with blueberries.
  5. Fold two opposite corners of each square towards the center to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with whisked egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
