Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries washed and dried
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
Cream Butter and Sugars
  1. In another bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Vanilla
  1. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Combine Mixtures
  1. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Blueberries and Chocolate Chips
  1. Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop and Bake
  1. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
