  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and lemon juice, mixing well.
  4. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
