  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow or king crab legs (pre-cooked)
  • 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into halves
  • 1 lb small red potatoes
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • Salt (to taste)

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt generously, and bring to a rolling boil. Add potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Add corn and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a separate saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce.
  4. Add shrimp and crab legs to the pot with potatoes and corn. Pour the garlic butter sauce over everything. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  5. Serve immediately with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top.
