- Fill a large pot with water, add salt generously, and bring to a rolling boil. Add potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes until fork-tender.
- Add corn and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce.
- Add shrimp and crab legs to the pot with potatoes and corn. Pour the garlic butter sauce over everything. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top.
