- Season the Rice: Transfer the warm rice to a rimmed baking sheet and pour 1/4 cup of seasoned rice vinegar over it.
- Prepare Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of Japanese mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of sriracha.
- Chop Ingredients: Chop up 8 ounces of imitation crab meat and dice 1/2 cup of English cucumber.
- Assemble Your Bowl: In each serving bowl, layer cooled sushi rice with chopped crab, diced cucumber, and sliced avocado.
