  • 4 pcs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb fresh gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and rinse the spinach.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer until combined.
