Ingredients
  

  • 3 breasts boneless, skinless chicken about 1.5 lbs, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • ½ cup oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, flour, eggs, garlic, green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika until well mixed.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
