- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in cumin and chili powder until chicken is evenly coated.
- In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, the spiced chicken mixture, black beans, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with jalapeños, green onions, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
