  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla; stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and turn dough onto a floured surface, patting into a circle about 1-inch thick.
  6. Cut into wedges or use a biscuit cutter for round shapes.
  7. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
