- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until smooth.
- Create a well in the dry ingredients; add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
- Once cooled, generously frost between layers and on top with buttercream frosting. Top with additional crushed Oreos.
