Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk small curd cottage cheese Opt for 4% milkfat high protein variety for the best texture.
  • seasonings of your choice Customize your chips with your favorite spices or herbs.
  • Parmesan cheese Optional sprinkle to enhance flavor and crispiness.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese with your chosen seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture before baking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow the chips to cool before breaking them into pieces and serving.
