Prepare the Mixture

- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Bake the Chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out into thin, even circles.
- Sprinkle paprika and dried herbs on top, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
