Ingredients
  

Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 2 cups cottage cheese preferably low-fat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs such as oregano or basil

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Bake the Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out into thin, even circles.
  4. Sprinkle paprika and dried herbs on top, if using.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
