  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red or yellow)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

  3. Add Cajun Seasoning: Stir in Cajun seasoning for about 30 seconds to awaken the spices.
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Slowly add heavy cream while stirring. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss It All Together: Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until well combined.
  6. Season & Serve: Adjust salt and pepper as needed before serving hot.
