  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers Diced
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Veggies: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté bell peppers and minced garlic until softened.
  3. Add Cajun Seasoning: Stir in Cajun seasoning for about 30 seconds to awaken the spices.
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Slowly add heavy cream while stirring. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss It All Together: Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until well combined.
  6. Season & Serve: Adjust salt and pepper as needed before serving hot.
