- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute before stirring in fresh spinach until wilted.
- Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream; stir continuously while adding grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente and reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Toss cooked pasta with the creamy sauce mixture, using reserved water as needed to adjust the sauce consistency.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
