  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups pasta optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  4. Stir in chopped pepperoncini peppers, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Mix well.
