Prepare the Sauce
- In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Set the sauce aside.
Bake the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
