Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers jarred or homemade
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Set the sauce aside.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over the top.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
