Ingredients
  

Vegetables and Fruits
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 medium apple, cored and diced preferably a sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced apple, and dried cranberries.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
