  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • 1 unit lime juiced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes.

  4. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  5. While cooking, prepare the mango salsa by mixing diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Set aside.
  6. Serve the crispy salmon bites with the mango salsa on top.
