  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil and granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in buttermilk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from the pan. Top with cream cheese frosting before serving.
