Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix vegetable oil and granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in buttermilk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan. Top with cream cheese frosting before serving.
