Baking Process
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, and softened butter for the streusel topping; mix until crumbly and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and milk alternately until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
