Preparation

Cooking
  1. In a skillet or pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Coat in flour mixture and carefully place in hot oil.
  3. Fry in batches until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side) and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F/74°C).
  4. Place fried chicken on paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
