  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend (mozzarella and parmesan)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese blend, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
