Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese sliced
  • 4 strips bacon crispy
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 piece ripe avocado sliced
  • 4 pieces soft brioche buns toasted
  • Lettuce leaves romaine or iceberg
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • Pickles optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and juices run clear. In the last minute, add minced garlic to the skillet.
  3. Top each chicken breast with slices of Monterey Jack cheese and cover for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  4. Cook bacon strips in a separate pan until crispy.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches on toasted brioche buns: start with lettuce, then add tomato slices, cheesy chicken, bacon, and avocado. Add pickles if desired.
