Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sourdough or Texas toast
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop and preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Layer mozzarella, cheddar, and mini pepperoni, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with another slice of bread.
  3. Add olive oil to the hot skillet. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Carefully flip and grill until both sides are crispy and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot. Cut into triangles and serve immediately with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
