  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary chopped

Method

  6. Grill or sear each chop for about 6-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
