Method
 

Marinating

  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for best results).
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Grill or sear each chop for about 6-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  3. Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
