- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk in the eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until glossy.
- In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients while stirring gently.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries carefully to preserve their shape.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until set on top but still soft; a toothpick should come out with moist crumbs.
