  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
