Preparation
  1. Prepare the cucumbers: Wash and thinly slice cucumbers using a sharp knife or mandoline. Place slices in a colander to drain excess moisture.

  3. Toss together: In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and chopped cilantro. Drizzle dressing over the top and toss gently to coat.
  4. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
