  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice from about 1 lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped for garnish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 whole lemon, sliced for layering on salmon
