Method
 

  1. Start by washing the cucumber and cherry tomatoes thoroughly under cold water. Peel the cucumber and score it with a fork for better presentation before thinly slicing it into rounds and then dicing them into smaller pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters to ensure they mix well with the other ingredients and release their juices.
  2. Next, take half of a large red onion and chop it into small pieces. The onion should be finely diced to blend seamlessly into the salad without overpowering other flavors.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and fresh mozzarella balls broken into bite-sized pieces. Toss everything gently to ensure even distribution of ingredients without breaking the mozzarella too much.
