  • 1 lb shrimp deveined and peeled
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Gather shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil until shimmering.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the hot oil for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes, cooking briefly until aromatic.
  6. Lower the heat and add butter gradually, stirring until melted into a smooth sauce. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  7. Plate your garlic butter shrimp over rice or pasta and enjoy!
