  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
