Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Or substitute with olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Adds a refreshing tang
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Provides savory depth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped for garnishing
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and toss. Spread on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 8-10 minutes until pink and opaque.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.
