Ingredients
  

Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes washed and cut into wedges
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Sweet Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl.
Season Wedges
  1. Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the sweet potato wedges.
  2. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again.
Bake Wedges
  1. Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
