Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red or yellow), chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • wooden skewers, soaked in water

Method
 

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut the pineapple into cubes, halve the strawberries, slice the peaches into wedges, and chop the bell peppers.
  2. Thread pieces of pineapple, strawberry halves, peach wedges, and bell pepper chunks onto soaked skewers in an alternating pattern.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey and lemon juice. Brush generously over each kabob.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden marks appear and fruits soften.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with any leftover honey-lemon mixture before serving.
