Method
Cook the Rice
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions in a rice cooker or pot.
Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
Cook the Ground Turkey
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add Vegetables
- Add the diced bell pepper and shredded carrot to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Assemble the Bowls
- Divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with the ground turkey and vegetable mixture. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with sliced green onions.
