Prepare the Seafood Boil
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt, Cajun seasoning, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the baby potatoes and corn, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the crab is heated through.
- Remove from heat and strain the seafood and vegetables, reserving some cooking liquid if desired.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir well.
Combine and Serve
- In a large serving bowl, toss the seafood and vegetables with the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and additional hot sauce on the side.
