Prepare the Honey Butter Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Set aside half of the honey butter mixture for later use.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with the honey butter sauce.
Prepare the Peach Topping
- In a bowl, toss the sliced peaches with lemon juice to coat.
- Add the peaches to the skillet with the chicken during the last 2 minutes of cooking, allowing them to warm up.
Serve
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a serving platter. Top with warm peaches and drizzle with reserved honey butter sauce.
- Garnish with chopped basil before serving.
